We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 💛🇮🇹

What an amazing stay in Naples. This location was perfect. Located at the top of the hill in a clean and safe European community with plenty of entertainment nearby. 3 finiculars and the Underground train all within 2 block walking distance. Easy access to the beach and all the tourist areas. Antonio was the BEST. Very attentive and accommodating.

First off, let me qualify my visit by sharing that im 80 years old, i primarily stay in Cassino 3 months a year, and this is my first experience with hotels of this style, deeply imbeded in large multistory buildings of varied occupancy. I'm currently in route to Puzzuoli. I normally reside on forested mountain acreage where I don't even see my neighbors for weeks at a time. Enjoy the contrast! 😆 Finding these emdeded hotels is challenging, but obviously possible! 🙄 This one has three levels of security doors, each with its own electronic code. The room is a key lock, its lovely, beautifully designed,, with television, refrigerator, a dream shower and tub with music, its great. From a window, one floor up by stairs or elevator, you may watch the life orchestration below. The dining area service is very nice, for morning breakfast and great Italian coffee. The personal are absolutely lovely and were most kind to communicate in English for my benefit. 😍 This is a wonderful way to start your day. The train station is only a block or so away, just off the central plaza, which is abput a hundred meters from the hotel entrance. Metro is also accessible by stairs in the plaza. Theres an absolutely wonderful market a little up the hill, to the stairs, where you’ll turn right. Very close! Its great in that if you get turned around on one of four choices of direction, backtracking to find your way isn’t a huge deal. I enjoyed my stay here, its quite nice.

På alle måder en stressende og dårlig oplevelse. Da vi ankom til hotellet, blev vi mødt af en lukket port. Heldigvis kom en af ejendommens beboere ud af døren og kunne lukke os ind i en gård, som lugtede af kloak. Først efter nogen tids bøvl og en opringning til 'hotellets' telefonnummer (som i øvrigt blev besvaret af en ikke-engelsktalende person, fik vi en WhatsApp-besked med dørkoder, så vi kunne komme ind. Værelset var sådan set OK, bortset fra, at badeværelset var ved at falde fra hinanden. Holder til toiletrulle var faldet ned. Det gjorde ikke så meget, for toiletpapir var åbenbart i restordre... Bruseren virkede partielt (håndtaget faldt af) og makeup-spejlet havde forladt bygningen. Daglig rengøring fungerede fint, bortset fra, at toiletpapir ikke blev leveret. Morgenmaden var ikke nogen kulinarisk oplevelse: Havregryn, hårdkogte æg (ingen æggebægre), kage og wienerbrød. Dårlig juice. På afrejsedagen aftalte vi, at vi kunne efterlade vor bagage efter udcheckning. Kvinden i morgenmadsrestauranten bedyrede, at hun ville være der, når vi kom tilbage for at hente den. Det var hun ikke, og døren var låst. Ingen reagerede, da vi bankede på. Først efter en ny opringning til den ikke-engelsktalende reception?!? fik vi en ny dørkode til døren, hvor vor bagage stod. Hele indgangen til faciliteten var i øvrigt gravet op, idet man åbenbart arbejder på kloakkerne. Det stank forfærdeligt. Wifi var - i bedste fald - vakkelvorn. Vi kommer ikke igen.

Super atenciosa, nos indicou locais para comer, nos deu todas as orientações e suporte que precisamos. Eu fiquei encantada com o atendimento que ela nos deu nos dias da nossa hospedagem.
