The hotel was great! Very easy to get to from the airport and to the cruise port. The staff were super helpful! Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast had so many options. Overall, extremely satisfied!

6/10 Good

The customer service was excellent. The staff let us store our luggage the night before our stay (and had it delivered to our room before we checked in), booked cabs for us, and packed us a breakfast to-go for our early morning check-out. Location-wise, it’s practical—a 10-minute walk to the train station and car rentals. However, the immediate area feels unsafe, and staff actually warned us not to walk late at night or to the station in the dark in the morning. The room was clean, but noticeably damp. With no bathroom fan, to ventilate the bathroom you had to open the window but that let in loud noise from the train crossing right next door. The room was also bright in the morning as the curtains didn't fully block the light. The staff truly go above and beyond, but the property itself has drawbacks.

A very nice place with a wonderful staff, little bit away from the main attractions but for 8 euros a taxi would take you downtown where everything is Definitely will stay there again

Hotel is lovely and has everything you need in the room, extremely clean and modern. 24 staff, bar, cafe. Ten minutes walk from station so quite convenient. Not in the best area of Bari but a short walk to everything. Bed is very comfortable 😃

Very clean new hotel. All equipments are brand new and last technology. Especially air conditioning is very smooth and comfortable in the rooms. Very good price compare to quality

8/10 Very good

Cleanliness was outstanding, staff friendly and helpful. The building is very modern but situated in a shabby part of town. My only complaint with the hotel is their cafe/bistro. This is spotless but only designed for passing trade (morning coffee shot). It is not organised for breakfast. Very poor options for cooked or cereals. Orders go unheeded, the staff work by shouting at each other and no one is interested in the customer.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is almost too nice for Bari. It's new, modern and clean. Bari is the opposite:) but still, if you're here, this is the hotel to choose. It's a bit away from the center, but still walkable. The two owners are very friendly and professional. The room is large; has a tea kettle with coffee and tea bags and a mini fridge. The bathroom is very nice and modern too, with plenty of fluffy towels and good quality shampoo and conditioner. The only thing I didn't like is how slow the breakfast personnel is. It almost seemed deliberate, as in "if you're cheap enough to go for free breakfast, I'll be audacious enough to take my sweet time to serve you or even omit things you requested." Pretty comical and ridiculous. I would still recommend to stay here though.

6/10 Good

OK stay for one night. But highly overpriced. The room was clean, but the curtains didn’t properly cover the windows- so the room was full of light at 6am. The breakfast was rather disappointing, located in some hallway - so cleaning stuff was passing by through this room with their cleaning trolleys. We had to catch some service person regularly to bring us fresh cups or other dishes. As summary, just for one night it was ok, but very low value for money. Therefore not recommended.
