The room was dirty, and had a bad smell. The breakfast was terrible not at all how it appears in the photographs. The location is far from everything. When I checked in they tried to charge a 28% tax wasn’t stated anywhere on the reservation. They said every hotel does this and the percent fluctuates depending on what they want to charge. I called Expedia and they made it right. Better places to stay in Arequipa.

HOLD JER VÆK! Hvor skal vi starte vi ankommer til hotellet, der ligger ude i ingenting (30 min til centrum). For at komme ind bliver man nødt til at ringe på en dørklokke og der går 15 min, hvor vi også bliver nødt til at ringe til hotellet før der bliver lukket op. Herefter når vi skal tjekke ind opdigter receptionisten en skat på 28% af hvad vi har betalt for overnatningen vi skal betale igen. Hans argumentation at hotellet har udgifter fra Hotels.com/Expedia som vi skal dække fremfor dem selv. Vi har efterfølgende kontaktet Expedia der har skrevet/ringet til hotellet, som har valgt bare at ignorere al kommunikation. Herefter efter 1 time får vi endelig vores værelse. På billederne online kan du se smukke og fantastisk udsmykkede værelser - lad dig ikke nare. Det er fup. Vi får vores værelse ikke i nærheden af det online. Stikkontakterne virker ikke, skimmel i loftet, fugtskader overalt, væggene skaller og der er ikke noget syn af en jacuzzi. Den jacuzzi de skulle have på taget er et stort badekar der ikke er rengjort eller opvarmet. Nu kommer det næste problem. For at komme ud af hotellet skal du åbenbart LUKKES UD, øhm what! Hvad med brandfare??? Ja ihvertfald betød det at ikke nok med vi skulle vente 10-15 min på at komme ind. Det samme skulle vi vente på at blive lukket ud, og nøglerne til værelset? Ja dem må du selvfølgelig ikke have på dig, da hotellet har 0 tillid til sine gæster. Vi har kun en anbefaling herfra HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA DET HER HOTEL!!!

Funcionáris educads, mas em momtos do dia ñ tem ninguém na recepção. P/ pessoas c/ mobilidad limitad, péssim. 3 degraus alts S/CORRIMÃO. O 103 tem degrau na porta extern E na porta do banheir. Chuveir OK s/ grande quantidade d água, DEGRAU d/ novo p/ entrar no box e CORTINA (péssim experiênci). Sujeira entr os azulejs e mofo no teto (s/ janel). O 103 é certamte o pior do hotel. Mínimo, difícil d se movimentar, s/ ganchos p/ pendurar nem no banheiro, s/ geladeira. Mas o pior é que a janela dá diretamente numa escada que vai para o terrraço. A café da manhã é bom para o preço, 3 tipos de fruta, suco aguado d frut q ñ conheo, pães bons, ovos, batats ou pimentão com frang dependend do dia. Tem cereais, mas ñ põem leit FRIO. No 1° dia pedi e recebi um potinh pequen, o q prova q o funcionár ñ come isso ou só c/ iogurt (o que tinha ñ era azedinh). PIOR PROBLEM : resrvei e o preç q aparecia ñ tinha mençã d nenhum pagto extra na chegad. Parcelei xxx PEN. Qdo vou fazr check-in, a moç me diz q faltav pagr 28% a +. Me recusei, ela ligav p/ o encarrgad e ele desligav. Entrei em contat c/ vcs e 2 vezs ligaram p/ lá , mas a moç se declarou incapaz d falr inglês. Passei 2 hrs na recepç tentand resolver c/ vcs. A moç dpois d 2 hrs me falou p/ ingressr no qto. O encarreg me ligou e diss q o site diz q tem uma parte a ser paga de imposts e 10% de serv, mas q já estava em em contato p/ COBRAR VCS!. Qdo mencionei os problems do qto, ele DESLIGOU! na minha CARA:( Fui censurad por falr valores

Receptionist krävde betalt för en lokal skatt som egentligen inte skulle betalas. Utländska turister som vistas i Peru mindre ön 60 dagar är befriade från denna 18% skatten. Vi visade reglerna till receptionisten men hon gav inte upp. Den enda hotell under vår 2 veckor vistelse i Peru som krävde det. Bedrägeri.

Si, el desayuno variado y muy rico, un familiar tuvo que hospedarse en uno de igual precio y le dieron un desayuno basico, sin piscina, aqui la pasamos genial, nuestro hotel tenia piscina y la pasamos genial, disfrutamos nuestra estancia y volveremos, gracias!!!

Exelente la atención del personal. Siempre muy amables y el desayuno muy completo. Yo viajo muy seguido a Arequipa por mi trabajo y en otros hoteles de similar categoria el desayuno no es tan completo y variado. Definitivamente ya se donde volver, espero sigan en esa linea.

El hotel está bien, no está en el centro pero puedes ir caminando unos 20 minutos. Se supone que no debería haber ruidos pero montaron una fiesta privada en la terraza hasta las 11:30 de la noche uno de los días, así que muy mal por su parte. Intentaron cobrarme un impuesto cuando llegue que creo que se inventaron. El último día salíamos a las 8:00 y en el desayuno no había pan, no había llegado.

Funcionários relapsos, não estão nem aí bebem e tudo mais, quase sempre a recepção está vazia, um dia cheguei e não tinha ninguém no estabelecimento fiquei pra fora uns 30 minutos, hotel meio abandonado, de finais de semana eles alugam a parte de cima do hotel para festas e karaokês, acredite karaokê kkkkkk, então assim para quem quer paz é ruim pessoal cantando mal gritando ao microfone bebados, precisam decidir se é um hotel ou um espaço para aluguel para festas. A piscina minúscula de enfeite estava imunda assim como a parte de cima toda tambem, Reclamei com o administrador nem me respondeu então rapaziada tá dado o toque, forte abraço.

Difícil cumplir expectativas

Las imágenes que aparecen en la plataforma están retocadas para hacer lucir al hotel de mejor manera. Y tampoco es que la habitación seleccionada en la plataforma correspondiera a la asignada. El personal que atiende es amable y hacen todo lo posible por ayudar aunque no se dan a basto con tanto trabajo y en ocasiones había que esperar tiempo en ser atendidos. Las habitaciones estaban un poco húmedas y descuidadas, así como los espacios exteriores. También a mi llegada se me hicieron cargos extra que en ningún otro hotel me habían cargado. Por el contrario, la habitación era suficientemente cómoda y el desayuno fue lo mejor, variado y con muchas opciones.
