Great place out in Tijuana & it’s 2 blocks from the mine street where all the action is. This has been the cleanest Hotel I have ever stayed at, very clean inside and outside staff kept it clean throughout the day, & you have the best friendly staff, and most importantly it was very quiet. I stayed there from Wednesday-Monday. The only thing missing was a microwave & fridge other than that it wasn’t bad at all. I will be booking with them again. They get 100%

Property was really niceand clean newly remodeled....until check out! when I was charges an extra $150 MXN for a dirty shower mat! I took it as the Holiday forced Gratuity! Other than that I'd stay again!

This a very nice and clean and friendly Hotel. The two women at the desk didn't speak much spanish but they did OK with that. The one man behind the desk spoke very well. I wouldn't complain about much but I could say this: (and this applies only to the room I was in...105) The switch to turn on the lights by the bed was not easy to reach and was all the way on the other side of the bed. Not a big deal, just a little anoying when you sleep on the middle or the side clostest to the bathroom. The Shower could use a rubber mat on the floor as you get out. It was super slippery. I couldn't find any english speaking TV channels and the staff didn't know either. No big deal, I was able to entertain myself with my cell phone and my laptop. I did want to lay in bed and watch TV though. I guess I could have had room service if I asked for it but there wasn't one of those things to hang on the door handle. It was OK, I only stayed there 5 nights. Really good restaurants within walking distance. It is close to downtown for shopping. Getting a cab was easy for longer distances. Close to a supermarket and drug store. The place is fairly new so I think they are still doing things like reading this to make it even better. I will defineatly be staying there again.
