Very poor
The room code for the bathroom didn’t work - but the maids opened it - could have been terrible.
Room was fine but I was under the impression we had a connected bathroom - not one in the hall, and I wasn’t expecting a kitchen 3 floors down…the pictures don’t show how broken up this building is.
And the strict checkin & checkout times are hard to abide by - it messed up our whole day yesterday that we couldn’t even drop off 2 bags.
The application you use asked me for so much personal information. It felt like a scam, and I didn’t wanna go through the process of giving you a selfie, and pictures of my drivers license front and back, and pictures of my credit card, it just felt like a total scam.
In summary, had I known I had to cart 2*50 pound bags up four flights of stairs I certainly wouldn’t have booked this place, nor had I known we didn’t have a bathroom connected to our room, but the biggest thing is, I couldn’t even drop off two bags which screwed us over completely.
Lastly, you charged us an extra $47.50 just for cleaning fees for a tiny little 10 x 12 room. that is quite ridiculous and you should put that NOT in the “fine print” but right up front.
I would absolutely book a normal hotel room next time.
What I did like was everything was newly renovated, and the bathroom was nice for Wanda - she liked the tub, tv had prime so we just watched our shows, and we had a tiny fridge for our leftover DoorDash food. Balcony was also nice.
