2/10 Poor

Booked the Delux room. When checking in, I was told deluxe means shared apartment with only one private room. The living, kitchen, and bathroom are supposed to be shared with other roommates. This was never mentioned anywhere during our after-the-booking. It was stressful to pay for a full apartment and ended up knowing it’s a shared space. After contacting the property manager, we were given a 1bhk apartment in a near by building and it was even horrible. Cockroaches everywhere. We ended up vacating the soonest possible even then we had booked it for 2 days.
