It was a very comfortable stay for my family of 5. The room was very clean, everything worked well and we enjoyed our time very much. A small downside is that there is no parking on site for cars that aren’t rented with the room. You’d have to look for parking elsewhere and it costs around 900 yen per night.

Overall we were happy with the stay. Large rooms and had lots of free rentals which was nice. We had problems with the bike rentals and people taking keys and not returning them, so that is one area that maybe needs adjusting for future. Otherwise happy with our experience!

Superior Room, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Non Smoking - relaxing stay for 5 nights. Location - approximately 10 mins ride from Naha International Airport with monorail to Asahibashi Station and then another 10 mins walk to hotel with luggage. Room was quiet on the 10th floor. Excellent shower water pressure. Bed was medium soft which I enjoyed very much. Food - Did not try the free breakfast order. Plenty of 24/7 convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel. There is also a supermarket within 10 mins walk away. Reception is not manned. Check-in and checkout are straightforward via digital. Extra bonus - There is a laundry room with 5 washer and dryer available for use at no cost. Liquid detergent and softener are provided if you need them. It is very convenience with the use of tablet in room to know the washer status before use.

I guess ratings are all about expectations. If you are looking for 5 star luxury, you are going to be very unhappy. This is a modern local apartment building given over to short-term accommodation. If you read the instructions and follow them, you will find yourself in a clean and convenient little one-bedder with the most basic of necessities. 7-11 and Lawson are just down the road and there is a bakery next door. The breakfast provided is nothing to write home about, so we only availed ourselves of it once, but it is included if you are very budget conscious and happy with the simplest of fare. Kokusai Dori is walkable and if you are going further afield you can use the monorail. We had the car in the package, but ended up not using it. Next time we will use it to explore more widely, but no point in Naha itself. There is free coffee etc on the 2nd floor, as well as storage and laundry. All works very well. If I have a suggestion it is to throw the Ikea-style metal tables from the top floor and replace them with something a little more substantial.

Fully automated/contactless check in available in Japanese and English (I saw mandarin too, there might be other languages I am forgetting). Location is very convenient. It’s on a commonly used road but not too busy or noisy. Close to cafes, grocery, convenience stores, and public transit. Catching a taxi was easy from the hotel. The lobby doors have a keypad and rooms have keypads. This made my check in process very easy. The hotel sends several emails prior to check in to help guide you through the process. There is some parking onsite but lots of tourists means it can fill up. They offer a lot of items to borrow for the beach or to entertain at the hotel like swimming stuff, kids games, dishes, a cocktail set, etc. my stay was short so I did not use them but glad to see the option. The room was decently clean. My bathroom was very clean. The back balcony was okay clean but dusty. Okinawa is very humid and warm compared to my home. There is a split unit AC and a small dehumidifier, but the AC was limited in how cold it could go and the hotel instructs you of what the lowest should be without breaking. The dehumidifier on the floor quickly filled up after one night. Overall, this hotel felt good for the price. I would come again for a short stay.
