I really want to love this hotel, but since it’s only been open for four months, they’re clearly still working out some kinks.
Check-in was challenging. The front desk had to step in to manually push our check-in through. Everything is done through your phone, including unlocking the room, and my digital key didn’t work at arrival, though my husband’s did. Later that evening, his stopped working and mine started working instead. It was very frustrating.
The room itself is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including dishes, microwave, oven, stove, and dishwasher. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was pretty hard, and the frame made noise every time we moved, so we lacked sleep.
Overall, the stay wasn’t terrible, but these issues made it less enjoyable than expected. I’m hopeful they’ll address these concerns as they settle in.
