I stayed a night and it was absolutely lovely. I was able to walk to and from town/the train station and the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful, thanks for a great stay!

no hot water in the hand basin in the bathroom or in the bath, used showerhead to mix hot water from the showerhead with the cold water from the bath tap, Reception staff not available much, felt stressed when dealing with the reception after a tiring long journey to get to Crawley, did not feel welcomed and felt i could approach staff member at reception if i had any other questions or issues after checking in , will think twice about staying there in future

8/10 Muy buena

I like that the bed was very comfortable and the room and the bathroom were spacious with a desk and a separate dining table and comfortable chairs. Upon arrival the staff was kind enough to help me with one of my bags and the Wi-Fi worked very well. They’re also was complementary tea, coffee, milk, bath toilet toiletries and a tea kettle. The only thing I did not like was feeling a spider touch me at three in the morning as there were a few spiders in the room but I did not get bitten thankfully.

Le parking était payant contrairement à ce que l annonce disait, pas de télécommande pour la télévision dans la chambre, et quand j' en ai réclamé une, ils ont eu du mal à en trouver une et encore plus de difficulté pour la faire marcher.

Parking charge of £5. Ok for 1 night. Good location for away football fans on a long trip
Opinión verificada

6/10 Buena

On arrival needed ID to take a photo of and asked for £5 parking charge per night (these should be highlighted on the booking, and parking included in the price) Room was average, shower had no curtain and took a while to drain, 1 not very big towel per person. Otherwise a pleasant stay for what we needed.

It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam.

4/10 Regular

I've stayed here on a regular basis for 2 years and have always been satisfied. However, under the new management, I was disappointed on my last visit. As there were no towels in my room and no hot water in the sink and no one on reception to request a towel from in the morning. I am going to book it again and hopefully I have no problems and things change back to how they were.
