10/10 Exceptional

It’s an older property, but it is very clean and exceptionally quiet. The front desk and staff are amazing. Miranda, the receptionist, was especially great—so friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here before, and I would definitely stay again. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay.

Staff were very courteous upon arrival, spoke in English. Generally stay in Edmundston while passing through, but Motel Claude was a fraction of the cost in Edmundston, decided to give this one a try. Perfect place to overnight if you're just passing through. Nothing fancy, but did have a small refrigerator and microwave. This place is pet friendly.

Staff was amazing, courteous, professional and kind. As for the beds, they were not so comfy as they felt like a board. AC did not cool the room down at all. Motels in a great spot right off the highway

Room was clean and bed was excellent. Obvious they have been doing some work on the motel. The windows do not lock in the room we were in and I had to get up on a chair to reach the air conditioner but it worked well. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
