We went right in the middle of a 5-day festival, so it was a hassle to find the place, get parking, etc. Being fair, that is not the hotel's fault. That said, the room was clean and spacious and it is located right in the center of the old town, with many options for dining. The "breakfast" is not good, just a coffee and a cornnetto. The guy attending the place is not that friendly...

The room was perfect for our needs. Great, central location and excellent price. When we arrived there were no directions to the reception and we were unsure if we had the right place but once we found it all was well. The light breakfast at a nearby cafe was lovely.

Do not let Trilogy ruin your vacation, take another hotel please. Photos are fake and when you ask at the reception they joke and say you can not always believe photos. Breakfast is the second joke, outside of the hotel, bad quality, unpleasant.

Disappointing stay — location is the only real positive The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. Everything else about the stay fell well below expectations. The breakfast was extremely poor and, frankly, felt like an afterthought. Calling it “breakfast” is generous — it was essentially a pastry and a coffee, which is by far one of the weakest hotel breakfasts I have experienced. For a property that presents itself as offering a proper stay, this was very disappointing. There were also no real amenities on the property, which made the overall experience feel very basic and underwhelming. To make matters worse, the room was not even made up during the stay. That is a basic hotel service, and the fact that it was overlooked says a lot about the level of care and attention given to guests. The rooms themselves are acceptable, but nothing more. They are plain, lacking character, comfort, and any sense of charm or quality. There is no “wow” factor, no special touch, and nothing that makes the property feel worth recommending. Overall, this hotel did not deliver on what it appeared to promise. Aside from the location, there is very little to praise. The service, breakfast, amenities, and general guest experience all fell short. I would not recommend this property, as there are likely better options nearby that offer more value, better service, and a much more complete hotel experience.

The breakfast was a disaster. You had to walk to a bakery and only got a Croissant and a coffee. If you wanted another croissant you had to pay for it. I have travelled a lot and stayed in many hotels and this was by far the worst breakfast I have ever eaten. The room was good except that the air conditioning didn't work without the card. That's why I wanted a second card but I didn't get one. The room also smelled a bit.

Modernt, centralt och bra AC. Frukosten var väldigt italienskt. Den bestod av en dryck, kaffe eller juice, och en kaka. Man kunde köpa till mer om man ville. Den serverades på ett café 400 meter bort.

Très grosse déception Le problème de cet hôtel n’est pas un petit défaut isolé, mais une accumulation de choses qui ne devraient tout simplement pas arriver. Nous avons découvert une chambre dans un état de propreté franchement inacceptable : cheveux et poils au sol, poussière importante sur le mobilier, salle de bain très entartrée avec des traces de moisissures et tapis de douche particulièrement sale. Nous avons immédiatement signalé la situation. Un nettoyage complémentaire devait être effectué, mais il est resté très sommaire et n’a pas réglé le problème. On nous a notamment expliqué que le tartre ne pouvait pas être enlevé, ce qui est assez difficile à comprendre dans un établissement hôtelier. Autre mauvaise surprise : la porte de la douche fonctionnait mal et a finalement dû être retirée. Nous avons donc passé notre séjour avec une douche sans porte, et le chiffon utilisé pour le nettoyage a même été oublié dans la salle de bain. Alors que la chambre devait être disponible aux alentours de 14h, des ouvriers s'y trouvaient encore vers 15 h 45 pour intervenir sur la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons donc récupéré notre chambre avec un retard important. Après tous ces désagréments, nous avons demandé si l'établissement envisageait au moins un geste commercial. Aucune réponse, aucune compensation. Nous ne demandons pas qu’un hôtel soit parfait. En revanche la propreté devrait être la base partout.

La habitación daba justo frente a la plaza, con lo cual no se pudo dormir. Sumado a que hacía un calor terrible y el aire no funcionó en toda la noche. Avisé y no me respondieron. El desayuno...bueno. que decir, era en mc Donald's o en un bar a 2 cuadras un café y un cornetto. NO lo recomiendo para nada

Sehr dubioses Hotel. Dreckig, unfreundliches und desinteressiertes Personal. Viele und große Löcher in Handtüchern und Bettlaken. Stellen keine Rechnungen (Steuerbetrug) aus, Abzocke bei Touristensteuer. Bekannt bei den lokalen Behörden. Würde das Hotel nicht empfehlen. Rein aus Grund der Lage, gibt es sicherlich andere Unterkünfte.

Läget på boendet är 10/10 men dessvärre lämnar rummen mer att önska. Jag valde detta boende till stor del pga de ”ljudisolerade rummen”, detta stämmer inte alls. Du väcka konstant av att grannar kommer hem och låser upp sina dörrar (ger ifrån sig ett högt ljud) och det känns mer eller mindre som att ljudet kommer från ditt eget rum. Det blir knappast bättre av att personalen sitter 2 m från din egen dörr och pratar i telefon till sent till midnatt. Tre nätter i rad var jag tvungen att säga till flera gånger för att få dom att vara tysta. Blev dessutom bemött extremt drygt som att det var jag som var problemet.

Nous devons solliciter du papier toilette, poubelle qui déborde...Personnel absent à l accueil ...Nous étions 3 , 1 seule carte pour la chambre ! Ils nous ont répondu : débrouillez vous! Petit déjeuner dans un bar, 1 boisson chaude et un dolce surgelé qu ils mettent au four.. Je les ai vu faire! On peut trouver mieux pour le même prix dans le centre. Je déconseille

Camera pulita, ordinata e centralissima. Un affaccio strepitoso su piazza sant’Oronzo. Qualche dettaglio in bagno si poteva curare di più, come il porta sapone e la fornitura di bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Consiglio di scrivere che la colazione non è in loco, ma in un bar lì vicino (buono e personale gentile). Difetto grande è la totale insonorizzazione della porta che dà verso la reception, purtroppo siamo sempre stati svegliati dalle discussioni del personale appena fuori dalla nostra porta: aspetto decisamente da migliorare. Per il resto struttura TOP per chi si vuole godere il centro di Lecce.
