The apartment is in an excellent location, close to museums, parks, restaurants, and a lively, trendy part of town. The building itself is brand new, modern, and has 24/7 security. The apartment is on the 11th floor, with a wonderful view of the city. Inside, the apartment looks just like the photos and was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Entry is easy with a keypad, so there’s no need to carry or worry about losing keys. The beds were very comfortable, with soft pillows and hotel-style comforters, and the blackout curtains made the rooms great for sleeping. The bathrooms were also well stocked with nice shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. One thing to note is that, even from the 11th floor, some street noise is still noticeable at night. It didn’t bother me personally, but my friend found it difficult to fall asleep because of the noise, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. The apartment also does not have AC or central heating. There are ceiling fans in every room, which help with warmer weather, but there were no heaters available when it got cold. Adding heaters would make the apartment more comfortable. I personally had no issue with the temperature, but my friend felt cold and requested a heater; unfortunately, it took two days for the concierge to bring one, which was frustrating for her. She also mentioned that the stove did not work, though I did not check it myself. Finally, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom, so it’s worth bringing one.

This place is at the very center of Downtown. It's easy for us for find food and live there so convenience. However, there are a few points really shocks me and can not be bear. At the first day, we came earlier than the check in times. There are no sofas and rest areas, only one security guard. For the check in process, that security gave the key. Although the host contacted with me in the hotels.com message part, it seems like only could be contacted in Spanish, even there is no automatically translate section. It's so difficult for us to community with host. Also, they replied so slow. Just passed a few hours. Secondly, during the living days, we feel the noisy surrounding from the first day. We are never used at having the earplugs, but for the good sleeping we have to take it. In addition, the system of hot water is terrible. It is difficult for us to adjust the hot water temperature to be a comfortable way. The hot water just keeps half minutes, then be cold. We have to turn off and turn on again and again. The last but not least, we book one suite including two rooms. In one room, there is the blackout curtains was rolled up and could not be pulled down, so that it is so bright and it is easy to be exposured to the opposite of building.

Excelente opción

Bonito y cómodo apartamento muy bien ubicado cerca a la Av. la reforma. Caminando puedes llegar al parque de chapultepec y conocer todos sus atractivos. En las noches los vehículos hacen un poco de ruido que a veces puede ser molesto.
