Lovely hotel, last visited this hotel about 3years ago, since then its gone through significant renovation, what a facelift. Lovely welcoming staff, very attentive - it was a pleasure staying there, i will return very soon.

Great property in the heart of downtown Haslemere. Very enjoyable and would stay again. I was in room 11 top of the building, large and very quiet.

Amazing hotel. Can’t fault the rooms or staff. Parking a struggle sometimes when busy but street parking mostly available if the hotel car park is full

Very helpful and friendly staff in a lovely hotel. Food was excellent although priced a little high but in keeping with the excellent quality.

We stayed with our daughter & husband & had such a wonderful stay. Rooms very spacious and comfortable. Spotlessly clean with great facilities. The restaurant food was fabulous. Our only criticism was that the portions were on the small side for the prices.

10/10 Exceptional

Very comfortable, excellent breakfast, helpful reception and enthusiastic young staff would suggest mentioning that the second floor is only accessible by two flights of narrow stairs - it is an old building but anyone with mobility problems might have difficulty

Lovely room, lovely hotel and lovely staff. The only slight negative was that my room was quite noisy from the road. I would however happily staff here again.

Lovely staff and room. Bathroom is lovely but showers are leaking outside the bathroom. I think seal broken in shower but lovely hotel. I can't fault it. Free hot coffee leaving the hotel. Thanks

Lovely comfortable room

First time staying at this hotel since the makeover. The room was spacious, large comfortable bed. Good size bathroom, supplied with complementary shampoo, conditioner etc. large bathroom towels. Tea/coffee making facilities. The only negative thing for me was the pillows, too soft.

The very best, 10/10 all round.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, in a long, long time. As soon as you stepped through the front door, you could feel the elegance, atmosphere and friendliness. The room was very well laid out, even upmarket packets of biscuits, plus a small bottle of milk in the fridge. From arriving to leaving, I honestly cannot fault anything. Top marks to all concerned.
