- The room had a wifi router on the roof of the room that had a bright light. Could not sleep because of that. - You could hear everything outside of the room. Meaning that everyone could hear what you said inside of your room. - The whole bathroom was wet after a shower since there was no wall between the showers and the sink. - Breakfast was ok. + the woman who cleaned the breakfast area was super kind and helpful. + The room was clean.

The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed, and offers a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Our room was modern, quiet, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a great night's sleep after a long day of traveling. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It's conveniently situated, making it easy to reach the bus terminal while still being close enough to explore Tirana. For anyone arriving by bus or continuing their journey through Albania, it's an ideal choice. What impressed us the most was how much value this hotel offers. Everything felt thoughtfully curated, from the comfortable bed to the delicious breakfast and the warm atmosphere throughout the property. If you're looking for a hotel in Tirana that combines exceptional service, cleanliness, comfort, and great value, Hotel Bel Ami is the place to stay. Great location very near Skanderbeg square. It has a very small sign and some taxis and tour companies didn’t seem to know where it is, but google maps location is accurate. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maid service seems to be when you request it. One thing to note, there is no elevator so people with issues climbing stairs should be aware.

Great location in the city. Nice and clean rooms and a good breakfast. I had now complaints other than the usual problem with the shower flooding parts of the bathroom. But that’s nothing special for this hotel. A great choice of hotel for Tirana.

Okay so firstly this accommodation should not be classed as a hotel. It is a collection of rooms with a reception, no bar & no restaurant. The room we got was right next to reception, very noisy in the morning and at night with people coming and going along with the music reception was playing. We booked a street view with balcony room but could not see anything for the trees. We stayed three nights and the room was not changed once, the shower was also very poor and the TV did not work. To finish on a positive it was five minutes walk from the main square.

Hotellets beliggenhet var perfekt i forhold til typiske turistattraksjoner, som pyramiden og Skandeebeg-plassen. I tillegg er det mange fine spiseplasser i gangavstand (15-20min) i nærheten av hotellet. Betjeningen var hyggelige og behjelpelige med å skaffe taxi og foreslo gode restauranter. De oppdaterte også godt om opptøyene rundt om i byen slik at vi fikk ferdes trygt, også til fots😊 Frokosten var det eneste vi har noe å utsette på. Alt syltetøy, uansett smak, hadde samme neonoransje farge og smakte deretter. Kjøttpålegg og ost lå og svettet, så vi turde ikke spise det. Kaffen var god. Rommet var rent med stort bad. Alt imteriør er holdt i moderne stil, men mørke farger. Vi likte det, men noen vil kanskje oppleve det dystert. Rommet var godt lydisolert mot støy fra gata.
