The property is amazing, great landscaping, beautiful rooms, amazing amenities such as a fully equipped gym, sun loungers, standup paddle boards, delicious breakfast, nice rooftop bar.... I would stay there again BUT I hope management sees this: hire more staff for the beach restaurant! Flagging someone to make an order is a whole ordeal, then reminding for a drink that requires no prep time is not a 5-star experience. Everyone around us complain about this... Same thing goes for the breakfast, no one should ask for cutlery if you have a staff that sits you at the table. She should ensure that the table is ready for guests. You need to better train your staff and hire more. I am specifically pointing above because it seems like the business culture in Bodrum among luxury places to have amazing amenities but lacking in service. The typical Turkish servicing is really good even in very standard places, but luxury places seem to act differently.

Instalação incrivel. Lugar lindo, muito bem localizado e que tem tudo para ser uma experiencia maravilhosa, exceto pelo atendimento. Fraquíssimo. Não há absolutamente nenhum padrão no atendimento da equipe. A sensação que se tem é de que os funcionários não passam por nenhuma seleção e muito menos algum treinamento. Alguns bastante atenciosos e outros nem isso. Serviço lento e desorganizado. O vallet é um caso aparte. Perderam meu carro no primeiro dia e no dia da minha saida se recusaram a me deixar estacionar o carro enquanto tomava cafe da amanhã, apos o meu check out. Não falam uma unica palavra em ingles e foram extremamente indelicados. A comida é cara e nada mais do que razoável, para não dizer sofrivel, assim como os dinrks. Ha um bar terceirizado exelente que funciona a noite no roof top. Tinha tudo para ser memoravel, mas não foi pelo serviço muito ruim.
