Convenient location to Syracuse University. I liked all the Halloween decorations in the lobby area. Plenty of hot and cold options at breakfast.

8/10 Very good

My room was clean, although 30 minutes late. I usually don’t care but I needed a nap before meeting family for dinner. I was a bit miffed that I wasn’t offered a few bottles of water for my inconvenience; would have been a nice gesture on a warm day. Staff was friendly and overall stay was fine. Not sure I’d stay again though.

8/10 Very good

Everything was amazing, only issue we had was the spotlight a foot away from the window shining in, made it seem like daylight outside even with both blinds closed. Other than that, staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay again

6/10 Good

The room was okay. They need to upgrade their toilet paper. It was horrible. The shower curtain wouldn't stay closed, as both ends curved up. The hotel was quiet, and the breakfast was adequate. They have luggage carts when you first walk in, which was very convenient.

The property is conveniently located. For some reason, we were given a handicapped room. The room was cleaned but worn. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not receive enough towels but made due with what we were given. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast area was well stocked.

Everything was great. From checking in, Tyson was super helpful answering our questions about the area. Our room was huge and clean. The breakfast the next day was delicious and the area always clean.

10/10 Exceptional

It’s the small details like liquid hand soap, an extra hook in the bathroom, hooks in the main room, a soap dish on the counter, and the hand towel bars in the bathroom that impress me. I have stayed at “luxury hotels” where everything is super pretty, but simply not functional. And the staff was extremely responsive and efficient when we asked for anything.
