I was a little hesitant at first because of the reviews that have been posted. But for the price you could not beat the location, as well as for the price you could not be having your own private room in the city center. The shared bathroom wasn’t an issue either because there were multiple bathrooms throughout the Building. I would most definitely stay here anytime I came to Madrid. If quiet sleeping is a must for you I would say that might be your only issue, but I can sleep through almost anything.

Very disappointing stay. The room was not properly clean, the shower head was broken and the shower didn’t drain properly, causing the room to flood and become unusable. We contacted the hotel about the flooding, but they never came back to us or followed up. The lack of response was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.

Too many emails before check in and poor instructions. Not cheap for the service and amenities. DO NOT LOSE YOUR PHONE! Not sure what happens when people lose their phones but there is no one to help. Seems like a greedy business model.

Spent 45 min doing the auto-check-in. Be prepared to have alot of batteries for your smart phone and have eaten a good meal beforehand. Have a heavy luagage and on the second floor? then make sure you are strong. This is not for old people, or people who seek some comfort.

Absolutely terrible. The bed is uncomfy, walls so think that noise is intolerable all night long - you hear every move a person makes, the check in is very tricky - I had to help two young girls who were utterly stuck, when you complain about Unacceptable noise they just tell you to call the police!
