There is no staff available. Thanks to the staff at the nearby restaurant (which is inside the hotel), we succeded in getting hold of the staff of the hotel and get information about the keybox and other practical matters. This was not ok, and even though they execused by mail, the service was bad. The phone number provided in advance did not worl. The room was relatively cheap, but still we lacked value for money!

No ha sido satisfactoria en absoluto. Había una mantita de esas como para animales domésticos encima de las sábanas a pesar de la temperatura exterior. Tuvimos q dormir vestidas incluyendo calcetines. La ducha era extremadamente estrecha. Había un tercio de rollo de Jairo higiénico sin repuesto. No había encimera de baño para un pequeño neceser. No había recepción y el personal del bar lo dejó bien claro. Nos dio los códigos para abrir el cuarto y tb para abrir la puerta exterior y ni siquiera nos indicó cómo teníamos q hacer para abrir la puerta exterior, nos llevó descubrir el sistema de apertura unos 20 min a la 1 de la mañana. Está claro q no volveré.

Un hotel aceptable para dormir. Con una excelente ubicación en el centro, muy accesible en coche. Tiene abajo bar restaurante y todos los servicios básicos necesarios. La habitaciones son sencillas, pero limpias y en buen estado. El único inconveniente es que no hay personal y todo lo tienes que resolver por teléfono (si tienes algún incidente).

El hostal no cuenta con recepción. El checking se realiza on line, y a través de código accedes al hostal y a la habitación. Carece de ascensor. Las habitaciones estaban limpias. Ambas estaban situadas en pisos diferentes. Con dos camas individuales y aseo con ducha. El desayuno te lo preparas tú con lo que dejan en la entrada, puesto que hasta las 12 no hay nadie. Lo mejor, el restaurante con el que cuenta el hostal. Su comida muy bien elaborada y el metre muy profesional.
