Overall great stay

Stayed a week while visiting family. New property. Great breakfast. Great location. Nice indoor pool but the water was way too warm for me. I asked at the front desk about the water temperature. Maintenance was supposed to check it out. The temperature wasn’t lowered. It felt like bath water temperature. Jacuzzi jets were not working. Small guest laundry room with 2 each washers and dryers. They were free because the credit card payment system hadn’t been initiated yet. I’m that will happen soon. Bring your own laundry detergent.

Awesome place!

Really nice experience! We had a really comfortable King bed. The room also had a sofa, large flat screen TV, and a small kitchen with microwave, cook top, large fridge, coffee/tea maker. The real silverware, plates, glasses and coffee cups (not plastic!) were so appreciated. The bathroom was thoughtfully put together and very clean. Loved the awesome shower with large sliding glass doors, grab bar and high quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in dispensers attached to the wall. There was a small ledge built in - not big enough to sit on but perfect for shaving your legs! We especially liked having the sink area separated from the toilet/shower area. A hand lotion dispenser was attached to the wall by the sink. We viewed but didn't use the fitness room (really nice) and the huge indoor pool. These would be especially great for a family or folks into working out. Definitely a repeater! I'll be looking for Homewood Suites by Hilton in other areas next time we travel. Note: they charge $30 to your credit card upon check in for incidentals which is immediately credited back to your account on check out if nothing was charged to your room.

We went to our nephew Senior football game at Five Star Stadium. Homewood was right in the neighborhood. The hotel was clean, and the room was amazing. It was set up for a couple the live there a week. Full kitchen, plenty of closet space, great breakfast, nice gym and pool, grills outside.

Comfortable, Clean and Friendly

Parking was readily available and very convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable, it also smelled nice which is a big plus. The bed was super comfy and there were plenty of fluffy pillows. The shower always had hot water and the water pressure was great. The breakfast selections were varied and delicious; I particularly liked the breakfast burrito bar. They had a rotation of two different proteins each morning and they were all very good. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful; huge shout out to Kaden who burns the midnight oil here. He was very hospitable during our very late check-in. Also a big thanks to Diana who answered all of our questions/requests with kindness. The location is incredibly convenient, near the highway but not on the highway, in an area that doesn’t get too much traffic. It has a lot of walkable food options nearby, which is nice. All in all, this was a really fantastic place to spend our time in Thornton.

I booked this room specifically to take my granddaughter swimming and the pool pictures were perfect. When we arrived we were notified that the pool and hot tub were not open for use. I think we should have gotten some kind of compensation for this big disappointment!
