My daughters had a softball tournament over the weekend so I booked this location specifically for the hot tub to help them recover after their games, and for the games to follow the next day. The hot tub was cold (heater wasn’t working) and I was told “they didn’t have an ETA as to when it would be fixed”. We stayed Friday-Monday and it was not fixed when we left. The price was higher than average but the hot tub amenity was worth it for my girls. I did explain this all to the hotel representatives and being a Hilton Honors member, the agent checking in with me via text, but nothing more than an “apology for the inconvenience” was done. Thoroughly disappointing customer service, in that regard. Also, washer/dryer on site, quarters only, and the hotel would only accept cash if you needed quarters. No ATM on site. I had to drive to find an ATM and take out cash so I could purchase a roll of quarters from them. First time I’ve had to pay for this amenity at a hotel, and what an inconvenience to do so.
The Front Desk staff (Jaden in particular) was polite and courteous though, and actually was the highlight of our stay at this location. The breakfast was also good, my girls enjoyed the waffle maker.
