Beautiful facility and front desk was extremely helpful and pleasant helping us with information about dining options and taking a day trip to Alberobello and Locorotondo. Great breakfast as well. Bed was extremely comfortable and rooms were very quiet. Highly recommended.

I recommend it 100%. Newly refurbished. Spotlessly clean. Claudia, Cristian and Leonardo were incredibly friendly and super helpful. Great breakfast, with a selection of savouries as well as sweets and last, but not least it's centrally situated, a few minutes away from the centro stories.

A lovely hotel just a five minute walk to Ostuni centro storico. I arrived by car, for a one night stay, and was able to make use of the free secure overnight parking just 300 meters along from the hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming, both at reception and throughout. The hotel is furnished to a very high standard. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Although situated on a main thoroughfare, there was no street or traffic noise overnight. The breakfast offering was excellent. Probably the best of my 10 day Puglia trip. Mostly continental-style, with lots of healthy cereal nut and fruit options, along with the usual pastries breads cheeses and eggs etc. Would certainly recommend.

Our stay at the Primo Ostuni Hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the hotel breakfast was lovely and the staff were very helpful. Christian met us upon our arrival and helped us with our luggage. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Parking is easy to manage-on the street with the white lines depending on the time of the day, or a lot that is free 300m away or a paid lot on the backside of the hotel. All very good options.

Very well located hotel in Ostuni. The staff very helpful, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable. Everything very clean. Good amount of storage. The only drawback is that the curtains allowed light to filter in the morning and I forgot my eye shades, so the light woke me up every morning earlier than I wanted. The picture hotels.com had of the room we booked is not from the room we booked. We expected a balcony and we just had a panoramic view through a window. They were fully booked so we had to stay with the Panoramic room we booked. Not the one we expected. Very happy with the stay anyhow.

This hotel was a 5 min. walk to the Centro storico. Not only was the room spacious, it also had a balcony with a view. The most notable aspect of our stay was that the staff was outstanding and very friendly. I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Ostuni.
