Quarto “Luxo” sem luxo e valor muito acima do que é entregue Infelizmente, minha experiência no Planalto Bittar ficou bem abaixo do esperado. Reservei um quarto classificado como “Luxo”, mas não encontrei nada que justificasse essa categoria. Os colchões aparentam ser antigos e, ao entrar no quarto, havia um cheiro desagradável, causando uma péssima primeira impressão. A recepção também deixou a desejar. O atendimento demonstrou pouca cordialidade e entusiasmo, sem aquela sensação de acolhimento que esperamos ao chegar a um hotel. O café da manhã foi outro ponto bastante negativo. Bolos pareciam amanhecidos, o cuscuz estava seco e, em um dos dias, preferi sair e tomar café na rua porque a qualidade do que estava sendo servido estava muito ruim. Outro ponto importante é o valor cobrado pela hospedagem, que não atende nem de longe às expectativas para um hotel nessa faixa de preço. Pelo que é cobrado, esperava muito mais em conforto, qualidade das instalações, atendimento e café da manhã. O custo-benefício, na minha experiência, foi muito ruim. Pela localização e pela proposta do hotel, esperava uma experiência muito melhor. Infelizmente, precisa melhorar bastante para que o serviço entregue seja compatível com o preço cobrado. Se quiser, posso deixar ainda mais forte, estilo avaliação 1 estrela, destacando que você não voltaria e não recomendaria.
