One of the best hotels weve ever used. It had a stunning view. The pool was an infinity pool overlooking the sea. Good location if you are looking to stay in that part of Crete For uni the concierge was awesome! Great recommendation, helpful, professional! We had few issues during our stay and we were mostly disappointed that no one followed up with that (issues with the light in the room and alarm that disturbed our sleep) The issues was not resolved, but the main disappointment was that no one took the time to proactively share any update and let us know if they even looked at it

The property is absolutely beautiful overlooking mirabello bay! Breakfast is delicious and has a ton of options to pick from while you sit by the pool on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean as well. The beds slightly firm but are very comfortable and nice. Everything in the hotel looks modern and new still.

We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. This saved us time and money looking outside of the hotel for breakfast each day. The hotel restaurant and bar are great too. We spent each night having a delicious meal or drink at the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything to make our stay feel like home. We loved our time! 10/10
