I booked a room for 2 nights and when I came to check-in, the hotel manager said there was no availability for the dates I had received confirmation for. He suggested an alternative location for my stay far from my booked location in Juhu. The hotel took my money and refused to issue a refund despite not staying there. AVOID this SCAM hotel!

Horrible Stay

This place is a dump. I reached at 3 and wasn't given a room until 5 pm. Someone else had occupied our room. People use this hotel for hourly use and our room was given to a couple for that. When I got the room, it was full of mosquitos, dirty linen, pillows and quilt. Bathroom had no ventilation. No water for even sale. Had to go and buy it from outside. Breakfast is not served in the hotel before 8.30. google maps shows photos of another hotel.
