This hotel was lovely. It was clean and we got a big spacy room for our family of 3 kids. The hotel had a great playroom and cinema for the kids. The breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. We had only a 9 minute drive from Astrid Lindgrens Värld. There was also free parking outside the hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. The room was very clean, comfortable and well kept, with a really good mattress that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel was, which made travelling with our dog easy and relaxed. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place we would happily come back to.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel makes a very good impression from the outside and has plenty of free parking. The reception at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. The only annoyance in the room, which was large enough overall, was the constant supply of cool air via a room ventilation system (not the air conditioning system that can be switched off, this was switched off and in another corner of the room), which could not be switched off. The breakfast was very good and varied.

The room was good but there were some small things forgotten , like empty the dustbin , who was really full. some hairs found in the clean bett from ??? , left visit card from last guest . breakfast was great and dinner was okay.

2/10 Poor

Dust and dirt

Well, there's a first for everything, and this marks my inaugural negative hotel review. Just a few squares of toilet paper left and one towel short, dust on the floor and dirt on the walls. On the bright side, breakfast offered a decent spread. Service could have been better.

2/10 Poor

More dust bunnies and snorkles then service

Well, there's a first for everything, and this marks my inaugural negative hotel review. With just a few squares of toilet paper left and one towel MIA, the abundance of dust bunnies on the floor and snorkels adorning the walls really tied together the 'charm' of the place. On the bright side, breakfast offered a decent spread, although the flies seemed to think the ham and cheese were the main attraction. As for the reception service, they weren't outright rude, but 'friendly' wasn't in their vocabulary that day.
