I have been staying at Lodge by ECO Shared for more than 20 days, and my experience has been very good. It is a quiet, comfortable, clean place with affordable prices. It offers everything that is advertised and has been an excellent option for my stay. I would especially like to highlight Mrs. Felipa for her kindness, dedication, and excellent service. She is always attentive to the guests, provides support whenever needed, and makes people feel welcome. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable accommodation with friendly service. I am very grateful for the attention and care I have received during my stay.

It was fine for the amount I paid, but it wasn't great. The halls were dirty and there was hair accumulating in the corners, the tv didn't work, and I saw 3 roaches. There's no soap, you have to bring your own. However, the location was good since I was heading out to Key Biscayne, and I'd stay there again. It was a roof and a bed for the night.

One needs to read their confirmation email carfully. There is no on-site staff. The check-in process is easy once you know it. The water pressure for the shower is non-existent. The facility was clean snd the beds were comfortable. There is no access to wifi.

Never staying again personally. The room was nice don’t get me wrong, but I woke up to bugs in my bed on three separate occasions. They changed to code to the front door without telling anybody, took me physically ringing them to get the new code, and is just in an overall shady area.

Avoid is property at all cost. Unhoused people sleep on the front porch and are given access to the property by a lady that "maintains" it so they can sleep in unoccupied rooms. The microwave and oven are non functional. I was given a room that only had two outlets which were being used by the lamp for lighting and a fan because the tiny AC vent didn't push enough air to keep the room cool so I had to choose between air or light to either charge my phone or plug in my laptop. I also wasn't issued any towels or pillow cases. The same lady that "maintains" the property thru my newly purchased food out. When I brought up the complaints to the property manager they ignored my messages until I got representatives from the booking platform involved. I was the rushed off the property for checkout while the unhoused individuals were allowed to just move their items in another unoccupied room. Be safe and avoid this property at all cost.
