Vou começar pelos pontos positivos. A comida, com certeza é o auge do hotel, é tudo muito gostoso. O jardim da Primavera é lindo, com paisagem pitoresca. E as piscinas aquecidas são maravilhosas. Confesso que criei expectativas demais, por ser um resort. Tem potencial, mas, na minha opinião, ainda podem melhorar. Não tem diferencial que outros hotéis de rede, por exemplo, achei meio genérico. Atendimento de alguns funcionários da recepção deixa a desejar, faltou informações sobre as atrações, sobre a estrutura, já os garçons e os meninos da piscinas foram bem prestativos. Acho que funciona melhor pra quem vai com criança ou família, pra casal não tem muito o que fazer. Pelo valor que pagamos esperava algum diferencial, mais personalidade.

Um dos melhores resorts da região para relaxar com boas piscinas e ótima massagem. As cabanas é uma experiência muito boa para famílias ou amigos. Para aventura, não deixem de visitar no alto do morro a torre de vigia em estrutura de madeira (construída pelo proprietário que é engenheiro) e chega através de passeio de trator.

O hotel é incrível, lugar lindo, estrutura muito boa, chalés sensacionais, a comida é maravilhosa, funcionários sao muito atenciosos, equipe de recreação show de bola. Único porém sao as piscinas e jacuzzi, que a princípio sao lindas mas a água nao esquenta o suficiente para se tornar agradável no inverno, mesmo a piscina interna a temperatura nao ultrapassa 31 graus, o que em dias de inverno e frios se torna quase que inviável sua utilização, uma pena, pois a estrutura é fantástica.

O hotel oferece uma boa estrutura, quarto amplo, cama boa, porém um lugar frio que não tem instalação de ar condicionado quente - frio. O ar é somente frio. O ambiente interno do hotel é frio e não climatizado de forma agradável. As refeições são muito boas, variadas e frescas. O estacionamento é uma garagem muito espaçosa. O atendimento é muito cortês, tirando a falta de preparo de alguns.

O chalé que ficamos era muito bom, espaçoso, limpo. Os jardins são bem cuidados e bonitos. As refeições são ótimas e eu pude contar com opções sem glúten e lactose. Gostei de fazer a trilha até a figueira centenária. Na época que fomos, final do mês de março, o hotel estava mais vazio e as pscinas e jacuzzi estavam disponíveis com tranquilidade. Gostei muito das músicas ambiente do refeitório.
