The hotel does not come across as a 5 star hotel. Inadequate basic room and missold facilities. Nice pool area though. Restaurant shabby and uninviting with poor quality and unappetising food provided. No proper aircon in restaurant! Not many alternatives in the area. Generally friendly and pleasant staff. Not sure how this hotel maintains the "Ramada Wyndham" brand

10/10 Exceptional

Departed too early to enjoy breakfast (but was kindly offered a snack to go) so can’t speak to breakfast. The room was quite large with a balcony, but the absolute highlight was the Hammam spa treatment. Absolutely the best decision I made prior to a very long return flight home. All staff were fantastic! Conveniently located near DAL Dalaman airport.

Modern, comfortable, great pool, great breakfast. Rather expensive restaurant but great service and nice ambience. Lacks a tourist desk with info about excursions, car hire. Don't miss 12 islands tour with Panda tours of Sarigeme. Oscar car hire were good.

Dalaman delight

Perfect stay for a late night arrival into Dalaman in the UK. Difficult flight but we’re welcomed hardly at the hotel which is so close to the airport and it was so comfortable and a delight. Breakfast was brilliant.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and will be back on the 16th of June. FINALLY, we have a great place to stay at or near the airport - I’ve been to at least 15 hotels, pensions and airbnbs before this hotel opened here, and they were all crap - this place is great. Highly recommend. See you soon!
