Great position for getting around. Bus and tram within 5 minutes. Great aircon. Comfy beds. Minimal breakfast at a fee which should have been free as it was toast. Also bathroom was so small the sink was in the bedroom.

Helpful Staff and Convenient for Visiting Venice

The staff was very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get to Venice. The hotel was generally clean, and I really appreciated being able to leave my car parked even after checkout to spend the day in Venice

Good internet, basic breakfast, but for €6 adequate. bed was comfortable and the hotel staff attentive and really helpful with local knowledge. It’s around 8 mins to central Venice by bus or tram so really easy to visit. Possibly a good spot for bass fishing in the Canal opposite hotel

Camera pulita, letto comodo. Bagno molto piccolo: solo water e doccia, niente bidet, lavandino in camera. Personale presente in reception solo in determinati orari.
