Our room in this hotel was "different" in a mostly positive way. The "Gulliver" room was roomy, very unique in its decorations, cool (a large fan helped) and pleasant to be in. The bathroom was up five steps and imbedded in the rocky side of the hill (hard to describe its uniqueness). All of the usual necessities were there, but positioned a little awkwardly because of the structure of the room. They all functioned well and were just "different." The whole combination was a nice experience. The breakfast was worthy, in a nicely appointed eating area. The hotel does not have a lot of amenities (no fitness area, pool, or spa), but it is well positioned in the town amongst the historic buildings of the old town. The staff were professional and helpful when asked. There is limited parking and it should be requested when making a reservation. It is helpful to have a small car, since the size of the parking spaces will scare most Americans.

Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!

Location good in city center, However difficult to reach by car. Very narrrow parking 400m from Hotel. Room without door between bathroom and bedroom. Quite worn down. The Hotels.com rating seems to high. The Hotel is good/ok, but not ”fantastic”.

Good location in Bernkastel, but missed the mark.

Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the area. The breakfast was good, but we had dinner at the restaurant and that was mediocre at best. Some of it looked to be a possible short staffed issue.

Skønt gammelt hotel i Bernkastel med en fin beliggenhed midt i den gamle by og tæt ved butikker og restauranter samt kort spadseretur til flere Weinguts og butikker hvor man kan smage på vinen inden man køber den. Ubeskrivelig dejlig ro i området om aftenen og natten. Værelset var fint og hyggeligt - Mozelprinz - alle værelser har et navn og forskellig middelalderlig indretning. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Man kan betale hotellet for parkering i nærheden. Alternativt skal der parkeres nede i byen ved floden og der er et stykke vej at gå til hotellet.

Trevligt med uteplats, men den kunde gjorts mysigare. Det var portabel AC och fläkt, vilket inte klarade värmen helt. Trevligt rum med sagotema, minibar och vattenkokare användbart till förfriskningar och kaffe. Mycket bra frukost. Parkering ordnades i näheten, vilket var utmärkt även om det kostade extra. Läget perfekt och en underbar stad. Kan verkligen rekommenderas som bas för utforska Moseldalen.

Litet, Trevlig och mysig hitell med tema sagovärlden, lite hårda sängar för vår smak annars var rummet stort och rymligt och bra med förvaring. Super hotel, super beliggenhed

Dejligt hotel central beliggenhed med parkering og udsigt til vinmarker. "Skævt" rum med masser af sjæl. Jacuzzi og stor seng til 150 € pr. nat. Kaffe på værelset og rigtig fin morgenmad. Vi manglede kun et bord til at drikke kaffe ved.
