One of my best stays in Chikkamagaluru. Excellent food, quite and comfy, very helpful support staff, one I could remember by name - Naveen, front desk gave good reception and clear answers to queries, breakfast lunch and dinner all served well, location is perfect for going around for site seeing. Overall a must visit resort.

On arrival first impression is not so good. Rooms in same category are not maintained equally. Room and bathroom are above average only. Painting, table lamp, extra light etc can be added easily. Main attraction is variety of facilities. Not well maintained but sufficient. Breakfast is good with limited number of item. Lunch is average. Buffet dinner is awesome.

The property is in absolutely amazing and serene setting. But poor interior design and poor management and maintenance makes the experience super disappointing. The property misses the mark on so many levels. Super cheap furniture in the room, old worn out towels that have turned brown and feel like sand paper, lack of basic amenities like ice and cold water, poorly trained staff are just few of the factors that make for a sub par experience.

Review - Excellent property for family with children's or large group gathering. Dislike - a) Low lighting in room which is dis-comfortable. b) Large mirror should be available in room. c) There should be partition within bathroom and bath stool should be provided.
