The annexe where we stayed was beautifully clean and comfortable. Older patrons or people with mobility issues need to be aware that there are three flights of stairs to be climbed (with luggage) in order to get to some of the annexe rooms.

Charming apartment in a charming town

We stayed in their apartment, and it was very spacious, well-maintained despite being a bit dated, and full of character with its charming architecture. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the old town. We were initially concerned about noise at night, but it became quiet around 11:00 PM every evening. The breakfast was delicious, although it lacked daily variety. It was a classic European breakfast with no hot items except for a make-your-own waffle station.

Great spot

Wonderful three-night stay in one of their annex apartments. The space was very nice, quiet and well-lit. (We had no upstairs neighbors during our offseason stay.) Staff was helpful and friendly in every interaction, and breakfast was excellent—really increased our sense of value. Location is in the old city and a short walk to sights within the walls, with a couple of grocery stores and more not far outside the walls.

Very spacious apartment in city center

We stayed in the annex apartment with 3 bedrooms and a huge living room. Only one shower though. Right on the center shopping street with restaurants so can be noisy with people and cars. You must take stairs to the first level. Breakfast is in the main building down the street.

Great place in the heart of Visby

Great place for visiting Visby. Very central location but in a relatively quiet part of the town (not the main party area) so no disturbances. The rooms are also located a bit from the street, which also helps. Small and familiar hotel, nice and friendly staff, breakfast ok, everything you really need is available and at least for me nothing’s really missing. Wifi stable and fast, beds comfortable, slightly warm in the room, no air condition, only a small fan available in the room. In the single room where I stayed, the bathroom is very limited in size and it’s almost impossible to take a shower and keep the floor dry… All in all a very nice and price worthy hotel in Visby, just a few minutes walk from the harbour or from the bus station and close to shopping, restaurant and bars. Very limited parking possibilities really close to the hotel, but convenient parking places a few hundred meters away.

Ett rent rum men med ett badrum där man fick handfatet i knät när man gick på toaletten och där man fick duscha över hela toaletten och handfatet. Vattnet i kranen sprutade åt alla håll. Fick dock en egen liten balkong med utsikt över innergården så på det hela var det en bra vistelse. Sängarna var jättesköna.

Vi bodde 2 vuxna 3 barn varav en bebis i 'The basement suite' som enligt beskrivningen skulle vara 2 rum. Rummen var separerade av en trasig vikdörr i plast. Detta kände personalen till men de menade att det inte stod i beskrivningen att rummen var separerade av en dörr och därav ingen vi kunde förvänta oss. Badrummet var pyttelitet och separat dusch längst in i en märklig mörk gång med en vinglig bänk. Mörkt och en hel del spindelväv. Obekväma sängar. Dubbelsängen var två enkelsängar som inte var ihopsatta så de gled isär under natten vilket var extra problematiskt när jag samsov med min bebis. Läget är fantastiskt om man vill bo innanför murarna och trevlig innergård.

Olimme varanneet huoneiston. Saapuassamme majoitukseen keittiön pöydällä ja lattialla oli ruokaa, lattiaoilla hiekkaa ja pölykasoja sekä nesteläikkiä eli huoneistoa ei oltu siivottu. Soitettuamme henkilökunnalle siivooja saapui nopeasti, mutta siivosi ainoastaan osittain ruuat keittiön pöydältä eikä mitään muuta. Lisäksi mikrosta puuttui lautanen ja jääkaapissa oli todella paha haju eli näitä ei voinut käyttää. Kerroimme näistä puutteista, mutta niitä ei korjattu majoittumisen aikana. Asunnon sijainti oli kyllä hieno ja asunto oli tilava.
