Hotels.com kaldığınız otel sahibini mağdur etti.

Merhaba, bu yorumu Hotels.com'dan bir etkili ve yetkili kişi okur umuduyla yazıyorum. Kalacağımız yerin rezervasyonunu Hotels.com üzerinden yaptık ve ücretini kredi kartı ile 4 ay önceden ödedik. Fakat otele gittiğimizde Hotels.com tarafından otele ödeme yapılmadığını, otel sahibinin ücretini alamadığını, telefonda sürekli farklı kişilere bağlandığını ancak sorununun çözülmediğini öğrendik. Ayrıca önceki aylarda da bu şekilde bir kaç müşterinin ücretinin tahsili konusunda sorun yaşadığını öğrendik. Bu bizi vicdanen çok rahatsız etti. Biz Can Motel'de kaldık, ama ödememizi Hotels.com almış oldu. Can Motel yetkilisi her şeye rağmen bize gerekli hizmetlerin yapılmasını sağladı ve güler yüzünü eksik etmedi. Hotels.com'un neden böyle bir şey yaptığını anlayamadık. Bu bizim açımızdan net bir şekilde dolandırıcılık olarak görülüyor.
