Charming & quaint little in fantastic location

Lovely, charming little hotel on the seafront. Very quirky, cosy and comfortable. Great staff, excellent location. We had a standard double room and that was good, apart from the lighting which was not bright enough for doing makeup, shaving etc. Breakfast was reasonably good but a greater selection of cheeses & cold cuts would have made it better, and perhaps some tomatoes, mushrooms and cucumber. Would most definitely stay here again.

Best hotel in Natal, hands down

This hotel is awesome. If you're coming from the English speaking world, stay here. I had some of the best food at the hotel restrauant, especially the matuto metido a besta!! Top 3 dishes ive ever had in my life and i travel a lot. Bed was large and comfortable, shower and bathroom also great, plus perfect view of the beach +pool. My wife and I stayed there on our wedding night. This hotel is a hidden gem and is also very safe. They also contacted me after i left to inform me that i forgot my charger and would hold it for me until i returned to Natal in a few days. Great work to all hotel staff, restaurant, and hotel manager for creating a wonderful environment and comfortable stay.

Lovely little hotel on the beach

Lovely little hotel with an excellent location on the beach. Had to move my room as the first room i was given had a very badly designed bathroom - the shower floor opened directly onto the bathroom floor with no shower tray or lip to contain the water. Consequently the water from the shower totally flooded the whole bathroom making it very slippery and dangerous. The hotel changed my room without any issue. Breakfast was reasonably good but I feel there should have been more of a poolside menu at lunchtime rather than the full dinner menu.

The hotel staff seemed unable to remain calm when communicating in English with guests who did not fully understand them, which led to several misunderstandings. In one incident, a staff member shouted at me to come back and continue talking to him. He also slapped his hand loudly on the table in a way that I found intimidating and unprofessional. I requested to speak with the manager to discuss the situation, but my request was denied.

Cute boutique hotel by the beach

Have stayed here before. Lovely little boutique hotel that needs a little updating. Great staff. What spoilt our stay was a small thing but small things are important. We booked for 2 nights but after 1 night we found a note reminding us to check out by midday. Went to reception who were very apologetic. However, they did not update their system and when we tried to get it into our room the key would not work. So, another trip up to reception. Very annoying.

We pre-paid for an ocean view in the front of the hotel facing the beach and we ended up getting a view of the road and a parking lot. The hotel refused to do anything about it and didn’t care at all to fix the problem. The room we had was also facing a bar across the street that had very loud music that played early until late. The breakfast was terrible, not many options and the hot options are only upon request. They don’t do a good job on what they cook either. All the eggs we ordered were burnt and very greasy. The location is not that great and far away from shops and restaurants. The beds are uncomfortable and very old. I would never stay here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They advertise pictures of their best rooms and give you something completely different.

Hotel antigo mal conservado. Pedimos later check-out, os funcionários sao orientados a dissimular informando que o hotel estava lotado. Muito estranho pois passamos o feriado mais o FDS e o hotel estava bastante vazio. Os caloboradores da recepção sao robóticas, já Os colaboradores do restaurante, excelentes. A piscina repleta de pequenos bichos mortos. Pedi a rede para limpar e ai mandaram o funcionário.
