One of the best properties in the area, staff really friendly and helpful.The only thing I would like to point out especially for people who have mobility issue, do inform the hotel before arriving so that you can get some help with your luggage. This is an awesome location...so don't miss out staying here.

The entire stay was wonderful, The room was clean and beautiful. It felt very luxurious. The amenities were very nice, especially the private balcony. It had a great view & a nice private hot tub. The staff was also very helpful, especially Mentor.

The staff is amazing-helping to carry your luggage throughThira streets and stairs to the hotel room, amazing breakfast service and most of all the location with the views are just breathtaking. Highly recommend it.

Clean room, excellent staff, committed to customer service above and beyond. Manager, Mary, was very helpful and kind, allowed us an early check-in! All the staff were just so eager to help, especially Mentor, the service staff guy, went above and beyond his duties to ensure that we were comfortable and even assisted by taking our luggage to the top and by finding a bus to the opposite end (Kamari beach) of the island. Rare to find staff committed to customer service to such a high degree!

Great location and the staff were amazing they delt with our every need, the view from the honeymoon suite hot tub was spectacular and made our stay in fira perfect 👌 memories ill treasure forever 🇬🇷😍

Beautiful location. Sun sets right to main door. Main door opens to walking street. But street is peaceful. Breakfast game to room at box. It would be nicer to eat somewhere else. Nice pool in room. This is midle of everything.good location. Lots of steps, use good shoes :).

Labros was great! He was very accommodating. We got an upgrade for indoor and outdoor jet tub suite from indoor jet tub only. The space that we reserve was just a fraction of the upgrade that Labros gave us. The view was spectacular. We had a great time. The boxed breakfast was a plus. We will consider coming back here someday with the whole family or friends. We had a great time in Santorini.
