Wonderful hotel perfectly situated in the old quarter. We were given such a warm welcome and the entire staff was incredibly helpful and friendly during our stay. The hotel room was beautiful and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the street. It was a great place to relax after long days exploring the city. The hotel is well located, at walking distance from all the main attractions in Ha Noi: the Hoan Kiem lake, old quarter (we even attended mass at the cathedral, a five-minute walk away). We loved the "boutique" feel of the hotel: smaller number of rooms, smaller restaurant but well equipped and constantly offering high-quality food. The staff is outstanding. They were always polite, welcoming, attentive to our needs, the level of service can rival that of higher standard hotels (four or five stars that we had stayed in before). We fully enjoyed our stay (five nights in May 2026). We warmly recommend this hotel.
