Stayed there 1 night to see a concert at Fenway. All the hotels closer to Fenway were booked or too overpriced. But the Iris hotel was perfect. If you like walking, it’s a nice long walk to Fenway but the hotel also provides a shuttle which is convenient. The room was very clean and spacious, a nice little restaurant, and staff were pleasant. I would stay there again.

The Iris Hotel was amazing! The room was huge, very clean, and comfortable. Many amenities including room service, valet and concierge. I don’t mind carrying my own bags but it is nice when someone insists. 😀 Staff was friendly and professional. Nice big bathroom and super clean. We will stay again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Iris Hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were beautiful, and I especially liked the kitchenette in the room! The staff were warm and friendly as well. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel room was nice overall, had a lot of space to store items and the shower was very nice. The only flaw is the parking is valet only, which I had to wait for service for a while each time I needed to park or retrieve my car. Upon checking out I also noticed that my $300 headphones were missing from my car. Aside from all of that, my stay was very nice.

The front desk staff was nowhere to be found when we first got there & when she did show up she didn’t seem happy to be there for whatever reason! Throughout our stay it seemed they had little staff because it was often hard to find someone like a server in the restaurant or the bartender in the main lobby. The hotel was cute & quaint & conveniently located in an interesting area. I probably won’t stay there again because it unfortunately didn’t impress me. Too bad.

Clean, modern, tastefully decorated room. Updated modern bathroom. Bathroom was low on toilet paper when we arrived but staff was able to replace it after we contacted them. Great option for a modern hotel with great amenities close to downtown Boston.
