We had an issue with the room originally assigned. Staff on duty was very polite and attentive, immediately came up to try to resolve the issue.

An amazing hotel. Clean, quiet, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately, it is in the middle of an abandoned development. Empty buildings, streets and shops. Not a lot of dining options or shopping. Wave park with a few surrounding businesses available, otherwise nothing else. Buses within walking distance. All attractions are closed. Lighthouse is open with streets in this area.

6/10 Good
