The staff seem competent and helpful. The hotel itself is fairly dated and worn. The room is spacious, the tear of time was quite obvious. We found the room to be a bit noisy from the traffic on the main road next to the hotel. We didn’t get to try the breakfast, as we left before breakfast time.

It’s extremely out of touch! The entire hotel is old and out of maintenance. Broken doors, bedrooms super dirty specially the mirrors, the AC never works. Lots of people by the front desk complaining about the AC for 3 days. The staff is EXTREMELY unprofessional, rude and full of attitude. WASTE OF MONEY!!!

O hotel em si tem uma mega estrutura e creio que na década de 90/2000 tenha sido um dos melhores hotéis da cidade. Porém a percepção é que ao longo do tempo o hotel não foi reformado e não incorporou o que é considerado conforto nos dias atuais. Sendo mais objetiva, os quartos são antigos, os colchões poderiam ser melhores os banhieros tem banheira, mas uma banheira bem antiga e velhinha que não nos encoraja a sentar para tomar banho, talvez manter apenas os chuveiros faça mais sentido. As TVs no quarto ainda usam antena digital, atualmente faz mais sentido investir em smarttv para que cada pessoa conecte seu próprio streaming. Ainda, creio que algumas políticas do hotel poderiam ser revisada, eu viajei com uma bebê de menos de 1 anos a trabalho, em determinado momento pedimos um colher para conseguir dar a frutinha para ele, os funcionários disseram que simplemente não forneciam talheres, porém o hotel dispõe de um cozinha (com café da manhã excelente), mas não emprestavam. Ainda, a brinquedoteca estava suja e tivemos que pedir para dar uma limpada para bebê conseguir utilizar.

É um hotel mais afastado, espaçoso, com estacionamento amplo e piscina excelente, tem água quente na torneira e chuveiro, o ar pode ficar ligado, tem ótimas instalações. Mas saiba que: o café da manhã é ridículo de fraco. Já fui 3 vezes, em 2020, 2025 e 2026. E a qualidade do café da manhã só piorou. Dessa vez, nem pão francês tinha; frutas verdes, duras, pouquíssimas opções mesmo de tudo, não condiz com a fama do hotel. Só volto se for numa promoção muito boa e, sairei pra comprar pão francês antes de ir tomar o café (ah, e o café mesmo, o líquido, é da pior qualidade, tipo "óleo de motor")
