Great location just off the Piazzalle Roma - 4 mins walk to the square or to Pier D (other piers even closer), Room "basic" but had everything we needed really, aircon was good. Breakfast basic (cold meats, cheese, boiled eggs, cereals, breads, pastries) but was perfectly sufficient and tasty, decent enough coffee machine. Staff were friendly and helpful!

This was a great find in Venice. This old building is well maintained and clean. The breakfast was one of the best; all of the choices were freshly prepared and tasty. To find this place, cross the first canal into Venice and make an immediate right turn. Ita around the bend, about 300 meters, + or -. Also, you are off the “beaten path,” on the canal, with a vaporetto station right there.

Everything was fine. Location very close to bus/train station, so easy for transport to/from airport, and the various boat lines. Rooms have simple furnishings, no TV, no fridge, but large bathrooms. Breakfast is OK - plenty of options. Not amazing, but perfectly adequate. 2 cereal options, boiled eggs, cheeses, ham, breads. Apart from eggs, no hot foods. Orange & apple juice is sugary/watery (not much real fruit juice!) but OK. Hot drinks machine with coffees, etc. Friendly staff, 24-hour reception. Don't like that they give room keys without much checking that you're who you say you are. Second time we've stayed here - would recommend.

Kind of disappointed of this hotel, not tv, not elevator for people just for luggage, old folk must use stairs, bad idea. Poor location in the room for wall plugs to connect devices. Bed headboard extremely noisy although they gave us another room. We expected something better for the prize we paid. Staff is excellent, friendly.
