This property does not claim to be anything more than it already is. More à three star hotel with a five star service. The staff were gracious and kind and went way overboard with restaurant reservations and answering our queries. The best. The hotel was small, clean and the rooms had everything we needed. It is situated in a residential area so it was quiet but not too far from restaurants. The breakfast on the terrace was good and we loved the home made guava jam. Thank you again hotel Dama for a great stay

Hotel Dama was exemplary from start to finish for our week-long visit to Mexico City. We were welcomed with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable, the shower pleasant, and everything tastefully designed. The staff, including Karen, Santiago, and all others both at reception and at the rooftop, were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast each morning to start our day. The staff graciously stored our luggage and assisted us ahead of our red eye flight. I highly recommend Hotel Dama!

We loved Hotel Dama. The area was perfect. The hotel staff is very accommodating with anything one needs. Housekeeping was terrific. The hotel is very clean. Rooms are small as is the case with any large city. The balcony and bathroom were lovely. The bed was very, very comfortable! I loved it. And the rain shower was also great after a full day of exploration.

We traveled with an infant. They helped us carry the stroller up and and the few steps we needed to get to the elevator. It is CDMX after all. The breakfast was included which was such a nice treat. They opened at 7am we went everyday. Everything was delicious. The bathroom and everything was extremely spacious. We cannot wait to go back.
