I am writing to express my disappointment with the condition of the room during my recent stay. Unfortunately, the room was not up to standard. Specifically: • The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces. • There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable. • No hand or face towels were provided. • The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly. This experience did not meet my expectations, and I hope you take steps to improve the cleanliness and maintenance for future guests. I would appreciate your feedback on this matter.

A estadia no flat teve pontos positivos e negativos. A localização é excelente, e a estrutura do prédio é moderna e bem distribuída. No entanto, houve decepções, como a ausência da Jacuzzi mostrada no anúncio, falhas na limpeza, portas dos armários com marcas de óleo e sujeira, cheiro de mofo no quarto e fronhas encardidas. Além disso, a falta de ducha íntima no banheiro e de um micro-ondas prejudicaram a experiência. Melhorias na limpeza e manutenção são essenciais para garantir uma estadia mais satisfatória.

Foi bom, mas podia ser melhor

Ar condicionado sujo com poeira na parte interna, hidromassagem não estava como aprensantava nas fotos e aparecia animais (gatos) durante o dia pelo arredor da mesma, tb devia ser smart para dar mais opções no momento que estivesse no quarto. Porém quarto bastante agradável, banheiro muito bem agradável, recepção pessoal educado e atencioso.
