Hotel is great. Area is a little unsafe at night, we will order Ubers and stay inside until the Uber arrival. The hotels does a great job to have the doors locked at night.

This apartment hotel is the most pathetic I have ever stayed in and I stayed here for 5 nights. They advertise Superior room with sofa and then when I get the room, they say No. Superior room is when there is an AC, not sofa. Anyways they gave me a room with sofa, 2 nights later. Not just that, the rooms just don’t have any cupboard or wardrobes. There is nowhere to hang clothes. They have open shelves. What ridiculous nonsense is this? There is nowhere an electric water kettle for heating water for coffee. There is an aluminum bowl to heat up water for coffee. They don’t have a proper microwave. This is pathetic. They advertise shampoo in the bathroom. But none is there. I asked reception and she says shampoo is the soap for the body, not hair. That’s terrible. Shampoo is for hair and Soap is for body. Poor service. They advertise breakfast but you have to walk 2 blocks, cross a major street to a different hotel to get breakfast. That is a shocker. Pathetic I’d say. I honestly don’t think these people know how to run a hotel and offer good customer service. I would never stay here again. Quite poor hotel, service and management. They allowed an extra hour for checkout but what good is that, when I’ve spent 5 days painfully with no possibility of refund or reducing the period of stay. Quite poor.

Hotel is in great condition and staff are awesome, however it's in an unsafe neighborhood and I don't recommend walking in the area. Hotel needs to have options for breakfast and they also need to fix showerheads. It's impossible to shower without wetting your hair. Hotel area is very noisy early in the morning.

Rooftop bar/restaurant blasts music throughout the day and into the night. The noise of chairs and equipment being moved around is heard through the ceiling and it begins super early in the morning as they prepare for breakfast. Probably around 5 am

I actually did not stay in the hotel and I actually canceled my booking for security reasons. And After I did it all, I did not receive my refund as the hotel did not approve it stating I never canceled the booking which I did and looks like a system glitch happened, so I had to pay for services I did not receive and canceled on time as the cancellation policy allow me to do it until the day before, and I did cancel one week before, as a friend of mine (who lives in Medellin) told me NOT to go to the hotel area, becuase is not safe at all.

Honestly the only thing people really should know is that the bed had BEDBUGS and roaches in the shower. Management did NOT care not even a little. I showed them the videos and pictures and no solutions/accommodation were offered.

This hotel did not live up to its pictures or description. For starters, after long hours of travel, we get to our room to find its missing towels and TV remote. We go down to reception and get told she only has 1 towels and will bring us the 2nd in half an hour. Never happened so we had to go back down to get the towels ourselves. Secondly, the bar staff had a HORRIBLE attitude. Blonde girl with glasses was beyond rude and acted like she could care less about her job and attending to paying customers. Hotel was truly underwhelming please save your money and go elsewhere. Rude staff and breakfast was stale with tiny portions and no options for vegetarians. Their staff had zero idea of what good service is supposed to be like.
