This place is exceptional. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. They even got my son a card and a very little presents for his birthday. They made our stay so special and the staff couldn't do enough for you.

Great place and Luke and John really made us feel welcome and looked after us - can park there too for extra £8. Great value for money just what we needed was a clean room comfy bed and shower - also they selling carling and cider cheap can’t go wrong - very cheap for comfortable clean room with parking and lovely hosts

For a 2-star hotel, the experience was better than expected and the staff/owner was attentive, helpful, and a good resource. The room was comfortable and location was conveniently located to the ocean and activities, but far enough away from the crowds in Blackpool. All-in a very positive experience.

It will be nice when the building work is done

I decided to leave early and stay in Liverpool for a night . I emailed to say I would arrive 4 pm on my first night and had to ask Expedia for help to get into the building after a 35 minute wait. Lots of building work going on but one redeeming thing was the low price for the room each night

Brilliant stay. Lovely couple. Very hospitable. Couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. Made you feel at home and very welcome. Accommodation lovely. Very comfortable, clean and modern. Close walking distance to bars, restaurants, and shops. We didn't have breakfast but looked lovely.
