Do NOT book through expedia. Sujimoto apartment will leave you stranded & alone. Even with a booking, itinerary number, proof of payment, I got to the shortlet, only to be told not only do they not see my booking, they are fully booked and unable to give any accommodation. Such an Unorganized establishment. The staff member handling expedia account was no where to be found, unreachable by phone. They weren't able to see booking from their 3rd party agents and the number listed online to speak with some one in the property does not belong to anyone of their staff. Refund me ASAP! Renter BEWARE!

The property stole my money. They did not have a room for me and put me out on the street in the middle of the night. I have requested for a refund multiple times and they refused to give it to me after lying saying they would. Expedia was not able to help. This was a very traumatic experience!
