So helpful that there is English speaking staff. The restaurant has good food and a nice beer selection.

Great location and very good value for money! The hotel is close to the train station, with a FamilyMart, restaurants, bakeries, and pharmacies nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the room and bathroom are quite small, but I understand this is common in Tokyo. Overall, considering the price and location, it was a great stay!

I had a quick stay with you guys and it was perfect for what I needed! Clean quaint room. The location is super convenient and just felt wholesome. The front desk staff were very helpful luggage services and very nice. The congee was also delicious for breakfast. Would stay there again!

All staff were very helpful, didn’t realise we were getting breakfast so bonus there , only toast juice and tea/coffee but that was fine. Close to train station and some nice eating close by.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and Tomoe, the manager, is an incredibly hard Worker, keeping everything clean and organized. She was very helpful during our stay. The hotel is super close to the train station, making it easy to get to destinations like Akihabara and the Imperial Palace, and to the station to transfer to the Shinkansen trains.

The staff and cleanliness are fantastic as expected of a Japanese hotel. The room is well equipped and very clean but we went in a rainy week and the stair leading up to our room is not covered by a roof and a bit dangerous for kids and those carrying a large luggage.

Staff very friendly and very helpful, good eigo (english), they are very coherent, good communication was present. Hotel room best you'll find in the Hatagaya Area. Would highly recommend to folks back home.👍

Staff were extremely friendly making me feel welcomed. Stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks and Ryo welcomed me with a smile every time she was at the desk. At check-in she seemed interested in my reason for visiting and was a delight to talk to. Other members of staff also helped me getting Amazon parcels sent to the hotel for me. Room was small but clean, Air con was available and made it very comfortable to be in. I basically only used the room to sleep in and leave my stuff while I did tourism things outside, so being small didn't bother me. They also run a 24hr cafe, and their udon was pretty good. The location is very good as well. The neighborhood has everything you need, from a convini just around the corner to a very nice okinawan restaurant with a unique charm to it. There's also a laundry place within a few minute walk where you can use their more powerful tumble dryers if you find the ones in the hotel lacking. Also the station is connected to shinjuku station with a short 2 stops which makes it easy to get to where you need to go. It's also a direct line to Akiba. Will stay again at this hotel if chance arises.

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were spotless and the air conditioning worked fantastic. The shower was small but manageable. It was a quiet area, we slept great. The breakfast at least for us was not great, we needed more food. Overall, we would stay there again.

Staff were great and location near the Hatagaya station was perfect for getting around. Would have liked kettle in room, and some noise during the day with maintenance on some floors. Overall was great.

Building is old, not the greatest looking room but did its job. Things to do around the area are plentiful, local food businesses are amazing, staff was extremely helpful. Recommend this place for the price and location if you dont mind your stay.
