Anna was great in communicating with us before and during our stay. Stay itself and amenities were fine - no issues at all. Note that this is more like a guesthouse with private rooms with bath inside a bigger area. Location is not ideal - should have stayed in chiaia area, but taxis are plentiful.

Don't be fooled by the stairs to the first floor entrance which aren't the best. The small lobby and the rooms are spotless. Great communications on WhatsApp from staff for a small issue and it was rectified super quick. Close to Naples central and metro not far away to get everywhere you need to.

Fantastic apartment! Bed is super comfy, the hot tub is great, nice big bathroom. Was well looked after by the team and fridge always stocked. Great communication and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again!

Our room was very stylish, they had done a great job on the renovations. They had some plumbing issues, when we first arrived the sink had no water, but they fixed that within 10 minutes. Then later, one of us flooded the bathroom while using the shower with a very low lip. After that, we used the water at a reduced volume, and there was no flooding again. The main issue, like we’ve had with all the places we’ve stayed here in Europe, is the lack of counter space in the bathrooms. There’s no place to to hang your dirty clothes when you take them off or place to put your clean clothes if you want to put them on in the bathroom, the counter space is abysmal at best. And the odd thing is all of these bathrooms had plenty of room for a small shelf unit or a hanging shelf unit if each of us had had our own 12 x 30“ shelf we could’ve left our cosmetics in there instead of packing them out twice a day. Style is great but function is better.

I had a lovely stay at Gallery Experience. The location is great, not far from the main station and just a short walk or two metro stops from the old town. The rooms are very modern, well equipped and spotless clean. And Anna is the most excellent host. Communication was always super fast and proactive. One thing to note, just in case: the soundproofing between the room and the hall could be a bit better, as it is often the case in Southern Europe. No problem with noise from other rooms or outside, though, and no big problem from my perspective. Thanks a lot, I hope to be back in the future.

I thought this was a hotel, but it's actually an apartment. It was super modern and industrial and super spacious. I couldn't believe hiw large the place was with high ceilings and a giant bathroom. The shower could fit 3 people (I didn't do that, but to give you an idea.), which a rarity in Europe. The only tricky thing waa finding the sweet spot between scolding hot and freezing cold water. The host had great communication every step of the way, including recommendation for food. I was met by one of the hosts who walked me through the room and check out process. It is a bit of a walk to the more happening parts of the city, but there's lots to discover and see along the way

It’s clear that this space was created with both style and comfort in mind. Our favorite feature was the in-room jacuzzi. After full days of walking through Italy’s historic streets, it was the ultimate way to unwind and recharge. It turned what was already a beautiful room into a sanctuary of relaxation. We absolutely loved our time here. Gallery Experience Napoli combines the thoughtfulness of true hospitality with the sophistication of cutting-edge design. For anyone visiting Naples, this isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience in itself.

Excellent last minute booking and stay at Gallery experience due to a canceled flight from NAP. This hotel is not setup like a traditional hotel and instead is a large converted flat which has 5 or 6 suites, I stayed in the Blue Suite. The units are on the 2nd floor with elevator access. I believe the manager is only on site when there is a check in or check out, so be sure to contact them before you arrive and check your email for instructions after you book. It also looked like they had a luggage storage locker for each room in case your departure flight is later in the day after checkout. The room was immaculately clean and very spacious with a large soaker tub and many windows. Tastefully modern designed and decorated, excellent air conditioning and probably the best shower and water pressure of any of the places we stayed on our two week trip. The building is in a safe and walkable location about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. Cant say enough good things about the Gallery and will be sure to stay again when I return to Napoli.

Anna at reception reached out to us before our arrival to coordinate check in and advance bag storage which put us at ease. When we checked in she greeted us warmly, assisted with our airport transfer and dinner reservations and made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodations are very stylish and comfortable and the hotel is centrally located near the beautiful historic district. For all of the above reasons we would definitely stay again.
