객실 안에 뭔가 정의하기 힘든 냄새가 계속 났음. 화장실, 욕조 쪽에서랑 에어컨 쪽에서 나는 걸로 보아, 배수구나 필터 청소가 제대로 되지않은 듯함. 욕조는 물받기 전에 한 번 샤워기로 치웠는데도 부유물(머리카락, 무언가 조각 같은것)이 떠다녔음. 방 바꿔달라고 하기 그래서 그냥 쓰긴 했는데, 비싼 객실 청결상태가 너무 별로라 기분 나빴음. 디럭스 킹은 혼자 묵는 숙소라 침대 넓게 쓰고싶어 선택한거였는데, 더블베드 두개 붙여놓고 그 위에 커버만 크게 덮어놓은거라 가운데가 음푹 파여 잘 때 불편했음. 5성급이지만 신설된 호텔이라 서비스가 별로면 어떡하지 걱정했는데, 서비스는 친절하고 좋았지만 위생상태가 영 별로임

3시 체크인 시작인데, 워낙 체크인 체증으로 유명하길래 5시 30분에 갔는데, 그럼에도 30분가량 기다림. 직원들은 친절함. 많은 객실을 적은 청소인원이 감당하는지 청소상태가 좋지 않음. 대여 가능한 아기용품도 별로 없고, 상태도 좋지 않음. 3개동 중 수유실 한군데밖에 없어서 전자렌지 쓰려면 해당 동으로 가거나 편의점 이용해야한다고 함. 수영장도 생각보다 작고 특색 없어서 어른 8만원 받기엔 과하다 생각함. 다신 가지 않을 숙소.

Cassia Hotel perfect with just a 2% improvement

Cassia Hotel provided the highest level of satisfaction in every aspect, including its location and service. However, the long wait time during check-in was an issue, and when I booked through Hotels.com with a breakfast-included package, the handling of leftover breakfast coupons was inadequate. I hope these issues can be addressed in the future.

불편합니다

욕실에서 정상적으로 샤워를 했는데도 물이 밖으로 샙니다. 너무 불편합니다. 특급 호텔에서 이게 말이 되나요? 욕조가 밖에 있는 것이 더 불편합니다. 밤에는 밖에서 들여다 보이니 커튼을 열 수도 없고 차라리 욕조와 샤워 부스가 같이 있는 것이 훨씬 편안할 것 같습니다. 제 개인 의견일 수도 있습니다.

디자인이 멋진 신상리조트 그러나 가격 대비 만족도는 떨어짐

체크인을 몇시간씩 기다려서 해야하는 것은 매우 불쾌한 경험 입니다. 4층에서 먹은 햄버거는 그냥 서울에서 흔히 먹던 수제 햄버거 입니다. 블로거들이 써놓은것 만큼 칭찬할 수준은 아닌듯 합니다. 조식은 매우 비싸지는 않지만 저렴하지도 않고 가격 대비 그냥 먹을만하다 입니다. 따뜻해야할 음식이 식어있고 쌀국수와 일부 음식이 다소 짜다는 느낌 입니다. 비빔밥 코너가 제일 괜찮아 보입니다. 객실내 자쿠지에 먼지가 보이고 샤워부스 바닥 형태 때문에 물이 다 빠지지 않아 비린내가 다소 납니다. 새로지은 건물이고 디자인이 멋지고 내부 인테리어가 멋집니다. 그러나 즐길거리가 부족하고 가격 대비 만족도는 떨어집니다. 한번은 궁금해서 와 보았지만 다음에 이 지역으로 여행을 올 경우에는 다른 리조트를 이용할 것 같습니다

I am very satisfied with the room condition, but I had to be patient for check-in, using dining service and taking lifts. I understood too many customers stay in the hotel during the holiday, though it would be great you estimate your capacity more precisely. Anyhow I was happy to stay with you.
