When we arrived we were greeted by a happy, smiling member of staff who promptly checked us in and then proceeded to inform us about the hotel's various facilities and where to go in Les Sables d'Olonne. The hotel itself was only about a year old at the time of our visit and was well maintained. We have nothing negative to say about The Hotel Vertime!

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are tasteful and well laid out. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We only had breakfast one day but it is very good. Hot and cold options allow you to have anything from a pastries and jams to fruit, yoghurt, to cheeses, charcuterie, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages. The rooftop terrace has great views of the port, but it can get windy. The pool is gorgeous but small and there are only six sun loungers, which can get competitive. It is well situated, just a short walk from the main parts of town and most of the good restaurants. If we visit Les Sables-d'Olonne again, we will definitely stay at Hotel Vertime again.

Hotel was practical and reasonably well located. Parking was a struggle as not many spaces for the size of hotel. Was told to park in the local public car park. Service pretty slow in general, but staff were friendly enough.

Our room wasn’t cleaned/serviced at all during our two night stay. We left the sign on the door asking for the room to be serviced at 10am and returned at 5pm to find it never was. When checking out I told the concierge this and I was completely ignored, his response was to ask me if he can charge the card they had on file. No apology, not even a goodbye, he just handed me a receipt and looked to the next person in the queue to check out.

La piscine est vraiment petite vs la taille de l’hôtel. Mais la chambre était propre les sanitaires aussi rien à dire. Dommage quelques taches sur la moquette. Très bien insonorisé car bal des pompiers de l’autre côté de la route et nous n’avons entendu aucun bruit !

Hôtel très bien situé face au port, à une dizaines de minutes à pieds de la gare et du centre ville avec la plage. Très bon accueil de l'équipe, le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffets salés et sucrés est très bien. Le gros plus est le roof top offrant une belle vue avec terrasse et petite piscine, idéal pour les enfants car pas profonde, d'un côté et de l'autre de quoi prendre des boissons avec snacks. Les chambres sont propres, lit confortable, beaucoup de rangement et tout le confort. Nous avons aussi testé le restaurant et la cuisine était de qualité ! Je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Très bel établissement et idéalement situé, a 15 min à pieds du centre ville et 3 minutes du port. Le personnel est à l'écoute, très serviable, de bons conseils pour visiter la région. La chambre spacieuse et confortable, bonne insonorisation. Le petit déjeuner est varié avec de bons produits. La piscine est correcte mais manque d'espace autour pour s'installé. Les points faibles : prix du parking (15 €/nuit) qu'il faut réservé à l'avance + dans la salle d'eau, c'est un rideau de douche (non hygiénique) et pas une cabine de douche.
