The location of this property is fabulous, the staff are super helpful and the room looks exactly like the photos, but the beds and the pillows were terribly firm and very hard. The hooks fell off the wall, part of the handle fell off the bathroom door. I don’t feel that you get your moneys worth here and I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

The location is amazing and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They close the main gates at night so it feels really safe and private. There’s many places to shop and grab a bite to eat with the Spanish Steps and its metro station a close walk away. Besides the Spanish Steps being close there are a lot of sights nearby.

This is a new hotel that is fresh and clean. The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants and fairly central to sights too.
